1. The Accommodation Contract and related contracts to be concluded between this Hotel and the Guest staying at this Hotel shall be subject to the provisions of this Contract, and any matters not provided for in this Contract shall be governed by laws and regulations and generally accepted practices. 2. In the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws, regulations and customs, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence.

If a Guest requests, during his/her stay, to extend his/her stay beyond the date specified in subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall treat it as if he/she had applied for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request was made.

The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases: 1) When an application for accommodation does not conform to these terms and conditions. 2) When the Hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available. 3) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be in danger of engaging in conduct that will violate the provisions of the law, the public order, or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation. 4) When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease. 5) When the Hotel is asked to assume an unreasonable burden in relation to the accommodation. 6) When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons. 7) When a person requesting accommodation is deemed to be intoxicated or to be a nuisance to other guests, or when a person is behaving in a manner that is a nuisance to other guests. 8) When the guest or applicant is found to be a member of an organized crime group, an affiliate of an organization related to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces. 9) When an application is made by a user who has previously been expelled from the facility due to poor payment practices, conduct, etc.

However, if the item is cash, precious metals, or other valuables, the hotel will store them for seven days, including the day they are found, and will then turn them over to the nearest police station. 3. The liability of the Hotel regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the cases of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article.
