In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, our hotel has established the following terms of use based on the Accommodation Contract Article 1. If you do not abide by these terms, we may be forced to refuse your stay or use of the hotel facilities, and may also require you to pay for any damages incurred by the hotel. 1. Regarding use of guest rooms 1. Regarding use of guest rooms

1) Please refer to the evacuation route map posted on the back of the guest room entrance door. 2) Please lock and latch the door from inside while you are in your room, especially when you go to sleep. 3) When someone knocks on your door, please open the door with the door latch on or check through the door scope. Also, if you notice a suspicious person visiting, please do not open the door carelessly and contact the reception. 4) Please refrain from any actions that may cause a fire. 5) The use of fire for heating, cooking, etc. is prohibited in the guest rooms. 6) Guest rooms may not be used for business activities (exhibitions), meetings (parties), or any other purposes other than accommodation without the permission of the hotel. 7) Without the permission of the Hotel, you may not move any guest room furniture or make any significant changes to the current state of the room, such as installing or remodeling the room. 8) Please do not place any items near the windows that may spoil the appearance of the hotel. 9) If you are meeting visitors after 10pm, please do so at the 2nd floor junction. 10) We strictly prohibit anyone other than registered guests from staying at the hotel.

1) We are unable to accept items such as works of art, antiques, or jewelry. 2) Any items lost within the hotel will be kept by the hotel for a certain period of time and thereafter will be handled in accordance with the Lost Property Act. 3) If we do not hear from you within the specified period (one month) of time left in the store room, we will assume that you have no intention of collecting the item and will dispose of it.

1) Animals and birds not permitted by the hotel 2) Gunpowder, volatile oils, and other flammable or combustible materials 3) Items that emit a foul odor 4) Pistols, swords, stimulants, and other items prohibited by law 5) Bringing food, drinks, etc. from outside the hotel 6) Gambling or other acts that disrupt public morals, or behavior that disturbs other customers 7) Going outside the guest room in a bathrobe, pajamas, slippers, etc. 8) Distribution of advertising materials, sales of goods, solicitation, etc. 9) Using photographs taken within the hotel for commercial purposes without the hotel's permission 10) Except in an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, entering emergency stairs, rooftops, machine rooms, or other facilities not for customer use 11) If buildings, equipment or other items are damaged, contaminated or lost due to force majeure, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount of compensation.
