Q. Do you have a parking lot? Can I park my car at the hotel?

Q. Do you have a parking lot? Can I park my car at the hotel?

We do not have our own parking lot.
However, directly next door to our hotel is a multi-storey car park, named "D-Parking". Their business hours are 7:00 - 23:00.

Guests staying at our hotel can use the car park at a special rate of 1,200 JPY per night, from the time you check in until you check out. You can freely come and go with your car from the car park as many times as you need during the car park's business hours.

Please note: From 1st January 2025, the price will increase to 1,500 JPY per night.

Attention:
* We cannot accept reservations for the car park. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
* You cannot enter or exit car park outside of its opening hours (you are unable to access your car between the hours 23:00 - 7:00).
* If the parking lot is full, or if you have a non-standard vehicle type (such as a large foreign vehicle or a vehicle with a carrier or trailer attached), or if you arrive at the parking lot outside of its opening hours, please use one of the many nearby coin-parking car parks located in the area.

We accept requests 24 hours a day at the front desk. The service is handled by Yamato Transport.
Cardboard materials for packing are also available for sale at the front desk.

Smoking indoors is permitted ONLY in our dedicated smoking rooms.

The following items are available to loan for free from our Front Desk: Desk lamps, LAN cables, mobile phone chargers, humidifiers, trouser presses, irons and ironing boards, thermometers, nail clippers, blankets, buckwheat pillows, wheelchairs (for use within the hotel only), bath chairs and non-slip mats, and bed guard (bed guards require reservation).

Baby bed (reservation required), strollers, baby bathtubs, children's yukata (S, M, L sizes)

*Please note that stock is limited for all our rental items, therefore your desired item may not be available at any given time.

One child aged 11 years old or younger may share a bed with one adult.
The maximum number of guests allowed to share a bed varies depending on the room type.

Yes, our main entrance is open 24 hours a day.
However, you will need your card key when returning to the hotel from the Lawson convenience store attached to our lobby between 1:00am and 5:00am.
Also, for security reasons, you will always need to touch your card key when pressing the button to call the elevator in the lobby.

Early check-in is available from 12:00pm, and late check-out is available until 2:00pm. The charge for early check-in or late checkout is an additional hourly fee of 1,000 JPY.

If you arrive before 12:00pm, you will not be able to check-in, but we will be able to store your luggage at the Front Desk. (Please see below for more information about this.)
If you check out after 2:00pm, one night's fee will be charged at the daily rate.

Yes, we can store your luggage at our Front Desk before you check-in, and this service is free. You may leave your luggage with us at any time on the day of your check-in, and you can return later in the day to check-in.
